The Workshop will be held in Lviv Polytechnic National University. Lviv Polytechnic is the oldest technical educational institution in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. The history of Lviv Polytechnic University dates back to the foundation of the Technical Academy in Lviv in 1844. It has been training highly qualified specialists for over 160 years now, it has been a generator of technical ideas and inventions, the leading educational and scientific centre. Today Lviv Polytechnic National University is a high educational institution of the 4th level of accreditation, whose graduates work in all spheres of economy of our country and in many countries of the world.

The registration procedure will take place on Sunday, June 21, afternoon and Monday, June 22, morning in room 211 of the 11 th Building of Lviv Polytechnic National University (2 Professors’ St.).
The workshop opening and first oral session will take place on Monday, June 22 in the Conference Hall of the Main Building of Lviv Polytechnic National University (12 Bandera St.).
The rest of oral and poster sessions will take place in the 11-th Building of Lviv Polytechnic National University, room 218.
The sightseeing tour for the workshop participants will occur at Wednesday evening, June 24. A choice of one of the following tours is available. Cost of the tour is included to the registration fee. Language of the tour (Ukrainian, Russian, English or Polish) can be choose in frames of the groups formation.
Review tour (3 h). Lviv is one of the richest towns in Ukraine as to the number and value of historical and architectural monuments representing the architectural styles and trends of different times. The review tour shows round the complicated history of Lviv as a single whole with it`s architecture – the Princely (Knyazhy) Town and the West – European town – building traditions including Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Classicism up to the Eclecticism and Art Nouveau. The tour route includes the old sights, city center and downtown.
Lviv cathedrals (3 h). The route includes the Temples of various times (14th – 19th c.), architecture styles and denominations. Almost two dozens of refined Churches, Cathedrals and Chapels form the single precious necklace beautifying the ancient city heart.
Lychakiv cemetery (1-1,5 h). The memorial Lychakiv Cemetery with a set of unique monuments of 18th – 20th centuries, the Graveyards of Polish insurgents of 1831 and 1863, of soldiers of the Polish – Ukrainian War of 1918 – 1919 and of the Second World War.
